Charlie Kinnune is entering his 25th season as Head
Football Coach for Mount Si High School. He was a 1981 graduate
of Issaquah High School. He was a KingCo All League player in
1978, 79 and 80, Washington AP All State Team C in 79 & 80, an
East-West All State participant in 1981 and a member of the
KingCo "All Decade" 1980's Team. Coach Kinnune played college
ball at Spokane Community College in 1981 and 82 and went on to
play for Western Washington in 1983. His coaching experiences
include: Western Washington Assistant Coach in 1984, 85 &
86, Kentridge High Assistant Football Coach and Head Wrestling
Coach in 1990 & 91. Some of his accolades in coaching the
Wildcats include: KingCo Head Coach of the Year 2006 and 2012,
recipient of the Pro Athletes Outreach Wall of Fame Award
at Bellevue Athletic Club (2009), “NFL High School Coach of the
Week” in 2012, and the WIAA District 2 “Coach of the Year” for
Over the last 25 years, his teams are perfect in district
playoff games (8-0), including the school’s first playoff
victory in the 4A classification in 2015. His teams have
established school records in wins, total offense, total
defense, and many individual categories. His teams have produced
numerous All-Conference and All-State athletes, in addition to
over 70 graduates that have moved on to play football in the
college and junior college ranks. He has had numbers of
assistant coaches recognized by the conference and the media for
their accomplishments during his tenure. He has had numerous
former players go in to coaching because they were impacted by
his passionate dedication to young people and the great game of
football. His coaching staff regularly includes former players
who return to be a part of the Mount Si Football program.

Attended Decatur High School. Played football as Line
Backer and Running Back. High School Awards: All-State and
Inducted into Federal Way School District Hall of Fame.
Attended Western WA University 1984-89. Played college
football as a Line Backer. College Awards: Two-time
All-American, 3 time defensive MVP, Member of the All-Century
team, Career tackles leader, played in Italy and England
Currently employed at Mount Si HS as a teacher.
Defensive Backs Coach
Eric has been with the Mt. Si program for 4 years and has served
as the offensive coordinator on the Freshman and JV teams,
receivers coach and is working with Varsity/JV defensive backs
this season. Eric played QB in college at Wenatchee Valley
College and a short stint with the University of Washington.
Varsity - Defensive Line
On the Wildcat Football staff for 8 years (2007, 2010-Present).
Other coaching positions include: Twin Falls Middle School Head
Football Coach (2008-2009), Mount Si High School Head Girls Golf
Attended Mt. SI High School-played football as a three year
starter at Defensive End/Tight End.
Recognition-2000-2nd team All-King-Co Tight End; 2001-All State
Nominee TE, 1st team All-King-Co Tight End/2nd team All-King-Co
Defensive End, Team Captain 2001, Team MVP 2001, National
Football Foundation Academic Scholar, and MSHS Athlete of the
Attended Western Washington University 2001-2006-played football
as a Tight End for two seasons.
Currently employed at Mount Si High School as a World History
and American Law teacher.
Varsity - Offensive Line
Coach Cromer began his coaching
career in 2008 at Hammond High School in Columbia MD where he
began as a JV offensive line coach. The following year he was
named the Junior Varsity Head Coach. After taking an 0-30 junior
varsity team to a 4-6 record. Coach Cromer was promoted to
Varsity defensive back and wide receiver coach. In 2010 there
were changes in the coaching staff and he was moved to coaching
Outside Line backers and Running Backs. Following the 2011
season Coach Cromer’s family had an opportunity to move to the
Pacific Northwest where he met Coach Kinnune. Coach Kinnune
offered him an assistant varsity coaching position where he
returned to his roots coaching the Offensive Line. After
assisting Coach Maher for two seasons, Coach Cromer was named
Varsity Offensive Line Coach in 2015.

Gregg is also the Boy's Head Track and field coach and is an
award winning Career and Technical Education (CTE) teacher
at Mount Si.

Strength & Conditioning
John has coached at Mount Si
since 2004 and previous to that was a coach at Kamiak High
School. He is the Owner and Director of Peak Sports and
Spine-Snoqualmie. He is a graduate from Lake Stevens High School
and the University of Washington in Sports Psychology and
Physical Therapy. He lectures across the county on Sports
Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning.
Freshman Head Coach
Entering his 7th Year coaching
at Mt. Si, Brian graduated from Eastlake high school in 1996 and
then spent 6 years in the Navy.
He then walked on and played
Outside Linebacker at the University of Washington where he
lettered twice and won scout player of the week twice (vs.
Oregon and Washington State) as well as Tyee Council Award for
He helped coach football at
Chief Kanim during the 07 season and at Twin Falls the 09 season
before moving up to the high school level where he is now the
head coach of the Freshmen football team. “I just want to thank
the staff here for giving me an opportunity to coach and give
back to a game that has given me so much.”
This is Jeremy’s first year with
MSHS football. He is the C-team lineman coach
Jeremy is originally from Texas. He has coached in the
Snoqualmie Valley for 7 years in multiple sports. He has also
been a mentor and youth leader for over 20 years. Jeremy has
played over 20 seasons of football including University of
Washington where he recently gained the honor of being named a
Husky Football Legend with Run to Win Outreach by playing both
Guard and Tackle at 6 feet 8 inches 450 pounds running the
40-yard dash in 4.9 seconds dubbing him the "Biggest Husky Ever,
Mount Adams!" Jeremey is married to his best friend. They have
4 children and they all take joy in serving the community.
Jeremy is a 2002 Graduate of
Mount Si High School. He was a 3-year letterman in football and
a 4-year letterman in baseball. After High School he has
attended Bellevue College and Chemeketa Community College.
Jeremy has 12+ years of coaching experience in both football and
baseball at all different ages. He is entering his 4th year on
the Mount Si high school football staff and will be coaching the
Freshman. He has have coached the Mount Si baseball team since
2005 and was the 2011 – WIAA 3A Baseball State Champions.
